Leave Santo Domingo behind and set off on a full-day journey to discover two of the Dominican Republic’s most stunning natural spots:
Montaña Redonda and
Playa Esmeralda.
Your adventure begins with an early morning hotel pickup and a drive along the scenic eastern coast to reach the town of Miches. Once there, you’ll ascend
Montaña Redonda, a hilltop known for its breathtaking
360° panoramic views over mountains, lagoons, and coastline. At the summit, you’ll have time to enjoy its famous
giant swings, hammocks, and “flying broom” props, perfect for unforgettable photos. For the more adventurous, a short
zipline ride is available — not extreme, but fun for a snapshot.
At midday, a
Dominican-style buffet lunch will be served
right at the top of Montaña Redonda, letting you dine with one of the most spectacular views in the country.
After lunch, continue to
Playa Esmeralda, one of the last untouched beaches in the Dominican Republic. This pristine stretch of sand offers turquoise waters and a peaceful atmosphere away from the crowds. To make your stay comfortable, we set up a
private beach station with shade, chairs, and a cooler with cold drinks. Spend the afternoon swimming, sunbathing, or simply enjoying the tranquil beauty before heading back to Santo Domingo in the evening.
